Services

Build Archi Architects provides a wide range of architectural services in accordance with the current RIBA Plan of Work for predominantly residential clients. These include feasibility studies, measured building surveys, pre planning applications, planning applications (including listed building consent applications) and full plans building regulation applications, schedules of work and construction information for tendering or final pricing purposes. All services commence according to the terms of the latest RIBA Standard Professional Services Contract. Principal Designer services are also available for commercial projects (such as those wishing to develop a property for commercial letting purposes, for holiday accommodation or other). In addition, interior architecture, built-in furniture design and landscape design, inclusive design, party wall and flood risk assessment services are also available.

If a traditional full service procurement route is chosen then a full architectural service option is available, aligned with RIBA Stages 1-6 inclusive. This includes tendering and contract administration of a building contract between you and your appointed contractor, carried out during the construction phase. Alternatively, if a design and build procurement route is chosen then a partial architectural service option is available, usually aligned with RIBA Stages 1-4 inclusive. This includes the preparation of construction information for final pricing by your chosen contractor.

Build Archi Architects may enlist the support of self-employed architectural assistants and other industry professionals to assist in fulfilling its obligations, while maintaining overall responsibility for the services it provides.
